9月24日,哈爾濱地鐵(tie)2號線(xian)一期(qi)工(gong)(gong)程大耿家站1A出入口土建工(gong)(gong)程通過竣工(gong)(gong)驗收。該工(gong)(gong)程作為緩(huan)解松北(bei)大道行人(ren)過街壓力的重點民(min)生(sheng)項(xiang)目(mu),自(zi)2024年啟(qi)動以(yi)(yi)來(lai),項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)以(yi)(yi)“保安(an)全、抓質量、搶工(gong)(gong)期(qi)”為核心目(mu)標,克(ke)服(fu)場地狹小、管(guan)線(xian)復(fu)雜、冬季施(shi)工(gong)(gong)等多項(xiang)挑戰,最終提前完成建設任務,為市民(min)交上了一份(fen)滿意答卷。 該出(chu)入(ru)口地(di)處松花江以北(bei)的(de)富水砂(sha)層(ceng)區域,地(di)質條件復雜,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)大。為(wei)此,項目(mu)部(bu)聯(lian)合地(di)鐵集團多次開展深入(ru)調查研究(jiu),首次采用“鉆孔灌注樁+旋(xuan)噴樁止水帷幕(mu)圍(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)結(jie)構(gou)”,構(gou)建起(qi)穩(wen)固(gu)可靠的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)防護(hu)(hu)體系,成功破解了(le)富水砂(sha)層(ceng)易涌水涌砂(sha)的(de)技術難題;針對松北(bei)大道輔路段地(di)下管線(xian)密集、作(zuo)業空間局促的(de)現實挑戰,協同設(she)計單位(wei)創新采用“分段圍(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)、交叉作(zuo)業”模式,在(zai)2024年冬季(ji)來臨前高(gao)效完成重點部(bu)位(wei)圍(wei)(wei)護(hu)(hu)結(jie)構(gou)及臨時蓋板施工(gong)(gong)(gong),為(wei)后續工(gong)(gong)(gong)程推(tui)進搶得先機(ji)。 2025年(nian)復工(gong)(gong)(gong)后(hou),項目團(tuan)隊錨定工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)目標,通(tong)過優(you)化(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)流程(cheng)、科學排布(bu)流水作業,僅用4個月便(bian)高質(zhi)量完成了18.4米的(de)過輔(fu)路段及(ji)53.7米的(de)主(zhu)體結構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),展現了令人矚目的(de)“工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)速(su)度”。 施(shi)工(gong)全(quan)程(cheng),項(xiang)目部(bu)將安全(quan)管控貫穿(chuan)始終(zhong),不僅開(kai)展涌(yong)水(shui)涌(yong)砂專項(xiang)應(ying)急(ji)演練筑牢風險防線,更引入智(zhi)能監(jian)測(ce)系統實(shi)時預警沉(chen)降數據(ju),實(shi)現(xian)安全(quan)與質量的(de)雙重保障。在驗收(shou)環節,專家組對工(gong)程(cheng)防水(shui)性(xing)(xing)能、結構(gou)強度(du)等關鍵指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)給予高度(du)評(ping)價,認為該工(gong)程(cheng)“工(gong)藝(yi)規范、數據(ju)達(da)標(biao)(biao),過街通道設計顯(xian)著提升行人安全(quan)性(xing)(xing)”,其在富水(shui)砂層地區的(de)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)探索,也為同類工(gong)程(cheng)建設積累了寶貴(gui)經驗。? 項目(mu)部(bu)將繼續秉持精益求(qiu)精的態度(du)(du),嚴把質量關(guan),加快施工進度(du)(du),全(quan)力推進裝修及設(she)備(bei)安裝工作,確保在 2025年(nian)底前可以全(quan)面投用,為城市交通網絡的優化升級注入強(qiang)勁動(dong)力! |
